KC brings an impressive breadth of experience across private practice, in-house general counsel roles, and business leadership. Formerly a partner at global firms DLA Piper and Bird & Bird, he later served as managing director and general counsel of a major private equity firm where he successfully led its formation, coordinated fundraising initiatives, and guided execution of numerous investment projects.
KC also built and directed the legal department of a portfolio company in the retail technology sector, implementing effective legal and compliance systems that supported its rapid growth. Outside of the traditional legal field, KC has founded a number of law-related businesses and continues to be a legal-tech enthusiast.
